The DMU Global Health program prepares students to address health challenges in diverse communities through service experiences, research opportunities and international clinical rotations.

The DMU Office of Research provides opportunities for alumni to attend research presentations, workshops and symposia on campus and engage with ongoing discoveries in the health sciences.

Interested in helping educate the next generation of health care professionals? DMU’s preceptor program provides opportunities to share your expertise, mentor students in clinical settings and support their professional development.

Transcripts and Replacement Diplomas

Request official transcripts and replacement diplomas through the Office of the Registrar. Instructions and additional information are available on the Registrar’s request page.

Immunization Records

Copies of immunization records are available through the DMU Clinic. Complete the medical records request form and submit it as directed on the form.

Stay active and connected to campus with access to DMU’s on-campus Wellness Center. Alumni are welcome to use the facility; however, access  does not extend to guests or plus-ones.

To reactivate or renew access, alumni must complete the Wellness Center consent and release form. A $10 administrative fee applies for badge issuance or renewal.
