Registration is underway for the best 5K in the world – Run DMU.
Run DMU is a 5K run/walk that supports Des Moines University’s commitment to health and wellness in the community with all proceeds going to educational offerings at the University. Included in the registration price is a cool t-shirt, chip timing and bib, food, prizes, and of course glory and fame. Runners of all levels are encouraged to participate! We fully support running, walking, sprinting, jogging, skipping, and being pushed in a stroller. Check out the Run DMU video from last year and at 1:29 you’ll see DMU student, Tyler Wishau, joggling!
The race will kick off at 6 p.m. in front of Des Moines University and will be followed by lots of great food and prizes for several age categories. Who would miss an event like this? Nobody has to – register today for a pre-race discount!
