Jaclyn “Jackie” Bormann, D.P.T.’07

Jaclyn “Jackie” Bormann, D.P.T.’07, was featured in the Clayton County (IA) Register on Jan. 8, 2019, for recently participating in a weeklong medical service trip in Guatemala, one of the poorest countries in Latin America. The trip was sponsored by her employer, Northern Iowa Therapy, which provides therapy services to Central Community Hospital, where she works. She and her colleagues saw patients in San Lucas Toliman, a city of 17,000 located about 60 miles west of Guatemala City, the country’s capital. They also treated patients in several less populated villages.

Bormann lives in Elkader, IA, with her husband, Jarod, and their three children.
