Grant Koster, M.S.P.T.’01, P.T., ATC, FACHE, joined the board of directors of IncludeHealth, a leading provider of musculoskeletal technology solutions based in Cincinnati. A 20-year physical therapy executive, Koster had served as senior vice president of operations, partner and general manager of Athletico Physical Therapy in Chicago.
