Robert Orenstein, D.O.’87, FACOG

Robert Orenstein, D.O.’87, FACOG, editor of the Journal of the American Osteopathic Association (JAOA), provided an update on the journal to the AOA House of Delegates on July 21 during its annual meeting in Chicago. He noted the journal had published five studies named among the top 5 percent of influential research during the 2017 fiscal year, and it is attracting new researchers because of its increased visibility. An internist and infectious disease specialist, Orenstein is the chair of the division of infectious diseases in the department of internal medicine at Mayo Clinic in Phoenix.
