1. Willingness to serve on, and contribute to university committees outside of regular job duties.
2. Promotes and enhances DMU’s image through extra-curricular volunteer activities in our community.

2. Is a good role model through his/her contributions to clinical quality, patient care and assistance to students during clinical rotations.
