All students graduating from the MSA, MSBS, MHA, MPH and PhDBS programs are required to submit a graduation petition form prior to their intended graduation date. Students must submit their graduation petition form one term prior to completing requirements (e.g. submit the form in summer if intending to complete requirements at the end of the fall term).
This form must be submitted by March 1 if planning to participate in the May commencement ceremony.
