Des Moines University (DMU) was recently chosen as the 2010 Iowa Psychologically Healthy Workplace by the Iowa Psychological Association (IPA).
The IPA will present the award in October at their annual fall conference. Their criteria includes workplace practices that involve employee involvement, health, safety, growth, recognition and a healthy work-life balance. They highlighted DMU’s “longstanding and pervasive focus on the importance of promoting the overall health of each employee and their families.”
