Greg D. Cohen D.O.’91, FACOFP dist., a governor of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP) and a family physician at Lucas County Health Center in Chariton, IA, since 1991, authored the first of a two-part blog post for the ACOFP titled “What Happens When the Doctor Gets Sick.”
Throughout his career, Cohen has been a delegate to the American College of Osteopathic Medicine and American Osteopathic Association. In 2019, the Iowa Osteopathic Medical Association honored him as Physician of the Year. A member of the American Osteopathic Association, he has also served as a trustee, officer and president of the Iowa Chapter of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians.
