Scott Lundgren, D.O.’13, became an assistant professor in the department of internal medicine, division of cardiology, at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. His research and professional interests include short- and long-term outcomes in left ventricular assist device (LVAD) and heart transplant patients and tissue and cellular changes in patients with continuous flow LVADs.
