Megan Nelson, D.P.T.’09, joined Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA. She brings with her 11 years of hospital experience including working in skilled care, long-term care centers, outpatient care, aquatic therapy and home health. Nelson also enjoys vestibular rehabilitation and women’s health.
