Boyd Buser, D.O.’81

Boyd Buser, D.O.’81, clinical professor of osteopathic manipulative medicine (OMM) at the University of New England’s College of Osteopathic Medicine, was appointed to a three-year term on the board of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), the nonprofit private council that is responsible for accrediting all graduate medical training programs for physicians in the United States. Buser has served UNE’s College of Osteopathic Medicine for many years in various roles, including chair of OMM, associate dean for clinical affairs and interim dean and vice president for health services. He is currently instructing first- and second-year students.
