Jennifer Cumming, M.S.P.T.’01, CLT, WCS

Jennifer Cumming, M.S.P.T.’01, CLT, WCS, opened Foundational Concepts, Specialty Physical Therapy in 2013 to focus on pelvic floor physical therapy. It has locations in Kansas City, MO; and Overland Park and Lawrence, KS. Previously, she was on the oncology and pelvic floor rehab teams at the University of Kansas Hospital. Board-certified in women’s health specialty physical therapy with a certification in lymphedema therapy, she also has specialty training in assessment and treatment of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ dysfunction) and the integrative systems model. Cumming is active in the American Physical Therapy Association and is a member of its women’s health and private practice sections. She is a past member of the Chicagoland Pelvic Floor Research Consortium and is actively involved in the Kansas City Pelvic Floor and Women’s Health Group and the National Pelvic Floor Distance Journal Club.
