Holland Taylor, M.S.P.A.’07, PA-C, was named department chair/program director of the physician assistant program at DMU, effective Oct. 22, 2019. She joined the program faculty as an assistant professor in 2015. Since then, she has served as an academic coordinator, assistant director and, most recently, as interim program director since April.
Ms. Taylor earned the DMU’s President’s Award for outstanding teaching and service in 2017 and the Faculty of the Year Award from the PA Class of 2018. She also co-authored a publication titled “Leveraging learning analytics for student reflection and course evaluation,” published in the Journal of Applied Research in Higher Education in spring 2019.
