Tara Andersen, D.O.’04, FAAP

Tara Andersen, D.O.’04, FAAP, was appointed physician dyad leader for women’s services and MercyOne Children’s Hospital in Des Moines. She joined the hospital in 2008 as a pediatric hospitalist. She has served as medical director of the pediatric inpatient unit and pediatric hospitalists and was chair of the pediatrics department. She also had oversight of the newborn nursery as its medical director.
