David R. Crimin, D.O.’87, CMD

David R. Crimin, D.O.’87, CMD, has been an assistant professor of primary care since 2017 at Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine at its new Southern Utah campus. He also is medical director at the Southern Utah Veterans Home; hospice medical director at Intermountain Healthcare; and medical director on the home health, hospice and palliative care team at Sevier Valley Hospital.
