Dennis M. Boeke, D.O.’79

Dennis M. Boeke, D.O.’79, in September was honored by Citizens Memorial Hospital/Citizens Memorial Health Care Foundation in Bolivar, MO, with the 2017 Donald J. Babb Award for his contributions to the hospital and the community. A board-certified family medicine physician, he has has practiced at Stockton Family Medical Center in Stockton, MO, for the past 22 years. Boeke is a retired U.S. Army major serving 15 years in the Medical Corps. While in the Army, he worked as a physician at Nuremburg Army Hospital, Germany; Schofield Army Health Clinic and Tripler Army Medical Center, Honolulu; and Fort Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital before joining the CMH medical staff in 1995.
