Troy Boffeli, D.P.M.’90, FACFAS, was the lead author of “Cotton osteotomy in flatfoot reconstruction: a review of consecutive cases,” published in the September-October 2017 issue of the Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He is the director of the foot and ankle surgery residency program at Regions Hospital/HealthPartners Institute for Education and Research in St. Paul, MN.
