Merrell Kauwe, D.P.M.’14, was among the authors of “Experimental comparison of the clinical measurement of ankle joint dorsiflexion and radiographic tibiotalar position” published in the September-October issue of the Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery. The other authors were Mindi Feilmeier, D.P.M.’05, FACFAS; Paul Dayton, D.P.M., M.S., FACFAS, assistant professor in the College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery; Kalani Parker, D.P.M.’17; Riane Otti Teagarden, D.P.M.’18; Rachel Reimer, Ph.D., chair/director of the DMU public health department; Jake Eisenschink, D.P.M.’19; and Joshua Wolfe, D.P.M.’18, M.H.A.’20.

Kauwe is a third-year resident at UnityPoint Health-Trinity Regional Medical Center in Fort Dodge, IA.
