David A. Coons, D.O.’96

David A. Coons, D.O.’96, was welcomed by the International Association of HealthCare Professionals to the organization with his upcoming publication in the Leading Physicians of the World. He is a highly trained and qualified orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist who has been in practice for more than two decades. He serves patients at MultiCare Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine in Tacoma, WA, and also is affiliated with Good Samaritan Hospital and Tacoma General Hospital. Coons completed an internship at the University of North Texas in Denton before undertaking his fellowship training at the Plano Orthopedic Sports Medicine and Spine Center in Texas. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and is a distinguished member of the American Osteopathic Association. He is particularly renowned as an expert in arthroscopic shoulder and knee reconstruction.
