Jared M. Maker, D.P.M.’10, AACFAS, was among the authors of “Evaluation of a new knotless suture anchor repair in acute Achilles tendon ruptures: a biomechanics comparison of three techniques,” published in the May-June 2017 issue of the Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery. He completed his residency in podiatric surgery with the West Penn Allegheny Health System in Pennsylvania and is now a fellow in foot and ankle surgery at the Florida Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Center in Sarasota.
