Larry J. Baker, D.O.’77, FACEP

Larry J. Baker, D.O.’77, FACEP, was appointed medical director of DMU’s physician assistant program. He has practiced in central Iowa for more than 30 years and has remained involved with the University by serving on the board of trustees, including as chair, and working to increase clinical rotation opportunities for students. He’s also served as assistant professor in DMU’s physician assistant program. Baker is the retired medical director of the emergency medicine department at UnityPoint Health in central Iowa.
