Drew Lewis, D.O.’03, FAAO, FAOCPMR, FAAPMR, was inducted late March as a Fellow into the National Academy of Osteopathic Medical Educators. NAOME Fellows are inducted each year to serve a five-year term as leaders and mentors for academic scholarship and excellence within the osteopathic medical education community. Lewis, an associate professor of osteopathic manual medicine at DMU, last fall was named a Fellow of the American Academy of Osteopathy, an earned post-doctoral degree conferred by the academy for demonstrating commitment to osteopathic principles and practice through teaching, writing and professional service.
