David L. Coffman, D.O.’93, Ph.D.

David L. Coffman, D.O.’93, Ph.D., joined the surgical staff of the Maine Coast Memorial Hospital in Ellsworth. Previously, he practiced in Fort Kent, ME. A diplomat of the American Osteopathic Board of Surgery, Coffman has more than 23 years of experience in his field, including leadership roles at local hospital, state and national levels. He enjoys engaging in staff education and currently serves as the surgeon director for the National Board for the Certification and Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists.
