Polly J. Hineman, D.O.’84, in August plans to shift her practice from the Central Iowa Healthcare Clinic in Toledo, IA, to Deer Creek Family Care, also in Toledo, an affiliated clinic of Grinnell (IA) Regional Medical Center. She has served the Tama and Toledo area in Iowa for more than 25 years. Hineman is board-certified in internal medicine and general practice and is a Federal Aviation Administration-certified aviation medical examiner.
