Brenda Jeffers was named the director of clinical quality at River Hills Community Health Center (RHCHC) in Ottumwa, IA. RHCHC is a federally funded health center providing comprehensive primary care, pediatric care and behavioral health services as well as general dentistry throughout southeastern Iowa.
