Folkers has been named program director for the new Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Fellowship at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. A physician with Bergman Folkers Plastic Surgery in Des Moines, he is board-certified in general, plastic, reconstructive and hand surgery and a fellow of both the American Academic of Cosmetic Surgery and the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons.
