Valletta remains in private practice specializing in orthopaedic sports medicine in San Diego. He serves as the team physician of the U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team and recently served as a U.S. Olympic team physician for the London Summer Olympics. He continues to focus on advanced arthroscopic reconstruction shoulder and knee disorders.
