Kendall was named chief of physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City. An associate professor of physical medicine and rehabilitation at the university since 2002, he focuses on pain management in the neck and spine. Board-certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and a subspecialist in pain management, he provides rehabilitation treatments and the diagnosis of back and neck pain using interventional spine procedures, electrodiagnostic testing and therapies.
