A lot of learning occurred in 2019 through DMU’s CME program

2019 was a year of growth for Des Moines University (DMU)’s Continuing Medical Education (CME) program. Here is a brief summary of the year:

  • 532 continuing education activities (live and enduring materials)
  • 116,627.25 continuing education hours were awarded
  • 12,526 educational contacts were made worldwide.
  • 891 people completed the Medical Terminology Course
  • 88,419.5 credits were awarded for osteopathic teaching

DMU partnered with 35 organizations to develop 104 jointly provided educational activities in the past year, including:
