Job description

Are you ready to keep growing, collaborate with a strong team, and find a place that is genuinely invested in you?

At Woven Care, we're a multidisciplinary pediatric outpatient practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive. We believe great clinicians do their best work when they have the support, resources, and balance to succeed. That's why we do things a little differently, prioritizing manageable caseloads to help prevent burnout, fostering meaningful collaboration across disciplines, and investing in the growth of every therapist.

You will join a team who loves what they do and is excited to learn and grow alongside you. Our multidisciplinary model means you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with Speech, PT, and ABA, gaining new perspectives and building a richer understanding of every child you serve.

Day to day, you can expect 30-60 minute one- to- one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships, two evaluations per week that keep the work varied and engaging and built in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge.  Teammates can expect to supervise and support 2+ COTAs and a 70% productivity expectation.

What We're Offering
Schedule that fits your life : Four- or five-day work weeks, part-time options, flex days and flexible schedules. Autonomy for you to build a schedule around your life!

Growth opportunities from the start : We want to hire clinicians who never stop learning; that’s why we’ve built a program that prioritizes professional growth and learning opportunities throughout your career. You'll have access to:   $250 CEU reimbursement, increasing up to $1,500 annually with tenure
Woven's Clinical Advancement Program, where eligible clinicians receive full funding for specialty certifications, including PTO, travel, and lodging

Strong Compensation:
Salary Range: $82,000–$90,000/year. Bilingual? Enjoy an additional 2% on top of your compensation!
Performance-based monthly bonus
We reward your hard work! Earn $250 or $750 per month or up to $9,000 in annual performance incentives!
Sign-on bonus up to $7,000 in bonus.

Benefits options :
Medical, dental, vision, tenure-based PTO and sick leave accruing 128 hours your first year, six guaranteed holidays, life and disability insurance, and 401(k) with match after 1 year!

At Woven Care, you'll work alongside a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that is ready to invest in your growth. We're building a team that takes the work seriously, supports each other deeply, and still manages to have fun!
