Currently seeking an Family Medicine Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner for an opportunity in the Bay area. Interested candidates should be NCCPA certified with primary care experience and bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities of the Health & Wellness Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner
• Work for an growing health & wellness practice.
• Responsibilities include clinic, follow up and established patients
• Focused on outpatient treatment plans, follow ups, and complaints.
• Interpret labs and treat acute and chronic illness
Requirements of the Health & Wellness Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner
o Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Program
o NCCPA certified
o Master Degree
o Active Physician Assistant License
o Active Certification as an Adult NP and Licensed
o Experience as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner
o Hold DEA license
Schedule of Health & Wellness Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner
 Schedule Monday thru Friday
 8 hour workday
 No call
 No weekends
Compensation and Benefits of the Health & Wellness Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner
 Salary range of 140-150,000
 PTO and Holidays off
