Currently seeking an Family Medicine Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner for a unique opportunity in the Eugene area. Interested candidates should be NCCPA certified. Primary Care experience needed.

Responsibilities of the Family Medicine Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner
• Work for a well established family practice
• Focused on Women’s Health
• Responsibilities include clinic, follow up and established patients
• Clinic volume about 16 patients per day
Requirements of the Family Medicine Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner
o Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Program
o NCCPA certified
o Master Degree
o Active Physician Assistant License
o Active Certification as an Adult NP and Licensed
o Experience as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner
o Hold DEA license
Schedule of Family Medicine Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner
 Schedule Monday thru Thursday
 8 hour workday
 One weekend every 8th week
 No call

 Salary range of 130,000
