- Evaluates and treats physical therapy patients under physician orders in the outpatient and acute settings.
- Develops treatment plans for all patients assigned to case load.
- Maintains appropriate documentation in the patient’s medical record.
- Ongoing commitment to reducing costs and improving productivity in the physical therapy department.
- Maintains positive relationships with the health care team, patient and family.
- Communicates effectively in writing and verbally with all appropriate members of the patient’s healthcare team.
