Evaluates and treats physical therapy patients under physician orders in the outpatient and acute settings.
Develops treatment plans for all patients assigned to case load.
Maintains appropriate documentation in the patient’s medical record.
Ongoing commitment to reducing costs and improving productivity in the physical therapy department.
Maintains positive relationships with the health care team, patient and family.
Communicates effectively in writing and verbally with all appropriate members of the patient’s healthcare team.
