Currently seeking an Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner for an opportunity in the Eugene area. Focused on Skilled Nursing Facility/Long Term Care. Seeking providers with experience as well as recent graduates.
Responsibilities of the Post Acute Care/Geriatric Medicine Physician Assistant
โข Work with a Skilled Nursing Facility.
โข Responsibilities include clinic, follow ups, and established visits
โข Focused on treatment plans, follow ups, and complaints. Coordination of care
โข Typically 16 patients per day
Requirements of the Post Acute Care/Geriatric Medicine Physician Assistant
โข Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner Program
โข NCCPA certified
โข Master Degree
โข Active Physician Assistant License
โข Active Certification as an Adult NP and Licensed
โข Experience as a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner
โข Hold DEA license
Schedule of Psot Acute Care/Geriatric Medicine Physician Assistant
โข Schedule Monday thru Friday
โข Flexible workday
โข No call
โข No weekends
โข Possible Remote Work

โข Salary range of 125,000-140,000
