What To Expect During the Interview Process

We Have Developed the Experience With You in Mind
Our goal is to enable you to share your authentic self, perspectives and plans with us. Our interview approach includes two components: an asynchronous online interview that gives you simple access to share your experiences followed by a live virtual event with members of the DMU community.
Here are some additional details regarding the two components of your formal interview experience:

Component 1:
Asynchronous Online InterviewThis simple process through Kira Talent should take 20-30 minutes to complete on your own time. You will be asked a question and given prep time and a set amount of time to respond. Refer to your candidate experience invitation email for more information and your personalized log-in link. Please remember to check spam/junk if you did not receive the Kira invitation email within a week of completing your participant agreement.

Component 2:
Live Virtual Experience with Program LeadersAfter completing your interview via Kira Talent, you will receive additional information on how to participate in a virtual event with PA faculty and students. Conducted via Zoom, the event will include a program overview, time with faculty, and a student panel.
Please keep in mind that the asynchronous online interview and live virtual event are both elements of the overall admission decision and should be treated as such. Your file will be sent to the admissions committee for review following completion of both components.
Allow 4-6 weeks for a final decision, which will be either admit, alternate or release from consideration. Much more information regarding these statuses will be provided in your decision letter.
