Constitution Day is a federal observance that commemorates the U.S. Constitution on Sept. 17 each year.
Des Moines University Medicine and Health Sciences takes this opportunity to encourage students to pursue the study of the Constitution, the foundation for our way of life.

Stop by the first floor of Innovation near Summerfield’s to learn about Constitution Day from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 16.
The League of Women Voters will also be on site from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. to assist with voter registration and answer questions about voting, whether you’re an Iowa resident or registered in another state.
While there, enjoy coffee and cookies provided by Student Affairs and Financial Aid, fill out a Constitution Day-themed crossword puzzle and answer Constitution Day trivia for an opportunity for prizes from the DMU Campus store.
