Our sessions are 60 minutes for the initial visit and 30–45 minutes for follow-ups — no rushed appointments, just focused, personalized care. Our clinic uses a functional-based model with an emphasis on the following techniques:
- Spinal and Joint Manipulations.
- ART (Active Release Technique).
- DNS.
- Graston/FAKTR.
- Dry Needling.
- McKenzie Method.
- Blood Flow Restriction (BFR).

Clinic Schedule:
- Monday: 7:30 am - 6 pm.
- Tuesday: 12 - 7 pm.
- Wednesday: 7:30 am - 6 pm.
- Thursday: 12 - 7 pm.
- Friday: 7:30 am - 1:30 pm.
