What is SHIIP?
The Senior Health Insurance Information Program (SHIIP) provides confidential service of the State of Iowa that helps Iowans make informed decisions about Medicare and other health coverage. They provide information on Medicare, Part A and Part B, the Medicare Drug Program and the Medicare Advantage programs. The also serve as a resource for supplemental insurance, and long term care insurance.
