Emphasizing the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of temporary or permanent impairment of the body

Physicians in this department provide integrated care in the treatment of all neurological and musculoskeletal disabilities-from traumatic brain injury to lower back pain. The specialty focuses on the restoration of function to patients with problems ranging from simple physical mobility issues to complex cognitive involvement.

We treat a wide range of problems from sore shoulders to spinal cord injuries, and focus on restoring function to patients. People of all ages and types of injuries or disorders may choose to seek physical medicine and rehabilitative care. Our physicians may treat patients with acute and chronic pain and musculoskeletal disorders. Or, they may treat patients who lift something heavy at work and experience back pain as a result. They could also provide rehabilitative care to those in need.
