Troy Boffeli, D.P.M.’90, FACFAS, was lead author of two research articles in the November 2019 edition of the Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery: “Surgical outcomes after minimally invasive release of stroke-related equinovarus contracture of the foot and ankle” and “Can we abandon saw wedge resection in lapidus fusion? A comparative study of joint preparation techniques regarding correction of deformity, union rate, and preservation of first ray length.” Boffeli is director of the foot and ankle surgical residency program at Regions Hospital/HealthPartners Institute for Education and Research in St. Paul, MN.
