Business cards will be ordered by Human Resources prior to start date for all exempt level positions, with an exception for grant funded employees which will require budget officer approval.
All other positions including non-exempt – Request through Human Resources with budget officer approval required.

Slides that appear on DMU campus digital signage (TVs) must be a resolution of 1320 x 1080 pixels. This can be made in PowerPoint using the below template or any other design program.

Use of the official stationery of the University is for official Des Moines University correspondence only. The use of the University stationery may under no circumstances be used for outside non-professional or personal activities. This applies to matters that include letters to the editor of news media, stating political views to private or public agencies and the like.
Ordering Letterhead/Envelopes
General Des Moines University letterhead is available for employee use. It can be purchased by authorized staff members for departmental use.
Department-specific letterhead is available for purchase and use by the following departments: College of Osteopathic Medicine, College of Podiatric Medicine, College of Health Sciences. All other departments will use the general University letterhead.

General Des Moines University envelopes will be available for purchase for department use. Envelopes with individualized return addresses are not available.
Individualized business reply envelopes will still be available to those departments that use a large volume of business reply envelopes (BREs) and where the use of a general envelope who cause excessive work for the routing of University return mail. Contact the marketing office for more information. Any department who wishes to add or change any stationary item must work with the marketing department for approval and development. All requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
