The Des Moines University Annual Winter Gala Returns!
Event Details
| 5:30 p.m. | Doors Open and Cocktail Hour (cash bar) |
| 6:30 p.m. | Dinner Served |
| 7:30-10 p.m. | Dancing |
Cocktail/formal attire is recommended.
Dinner Menu
- Salad: Mixed greens with fresh tomato, cucumber, roasted corn, pepitas and choice of ranch or balsamic dressing
- Dessert: New York-style cheesecake with strawberry sauce or chocolate layer cake with chocolate sauce (plated alternately at table)
Entree Options
- Herbed chicken breast with tomato & onion ragout; sides of roasted red potatoes and charred green beans(Gluten Free and Dairy Free)
- Potato gnocchi with butternut squash, cream sauce and toasted hazelnuts (Vegetarian)
