Check-in time for all rooms is 3:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Reserve your room online at the discounted rate or directly with Marriott reservations at 800-514-4706. Guests must identify their affiliation with the ECOP Meeting in order to receive the discounted rate. All rooms must be guaranteed by credit card or advance deposit.
Individual guests will be responsible for room, tax and incidentals (cash-paying guests may be asked to leave a cash or credit card deposit to guarantee payment).
Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 12%) in effect at the time of check in.
All reservations for arrival after 6 p.m. must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. The hotel will not hold any reservations after 6 p.m. unless secured by one of the above methods.
Reservations must be received on or before Wednesday, August 28, 2013. After this date, the conference room block will be released for general sale, and reservations will be based on a space and rate available basis. Reserve your rooms early as there are several other large events in Des Moines. Rooms will be limited.
The city owned ramp across the street from the hotel at 4th and Grand offers numerous parking spaces for out of town visitors. There is no charge for parking on weekends between 6:00 am Saturday and 6:00 am on Monday, except during Special Events. Monday through Friday, rates vary depending on length of stay. The Renaissance Des Moines Savery Hotel offers personalized valet parking with unlimited in and out privileges at a current rate of only $16.00 per day.

Savery to DMU: Transportation will be provided between the Savery Hotel and DMU.
Airport pick-up: Based on availability, shuttle service is available from the Des Moines International Airport courtesy of the Renaissance Savery Hotel. Upon arrival, call the hotel at 515-244-2151. Please allow 30 minutes for pick-up.
