Join fellow yogis stretch and bend at Gray’s Lake every Saturday morning at 9 a.m. until September 28. No registration is required to attend each week. Just plan on showing up ready for a little relaxation.
If yoga isn’t your thing, check out Zumba at the Lake. New this year, during the month of June, participants can come out early to participate in this 45 minute dance fitness program. It will start at 8:15 every Saturday morning in the month of June at Gray’s Lake.
