Resolutions, what?

So, we’re 10 days into the new year – how’re your resolutions sticking? A recent poll I read said 21% of people stick to their new year resolutions for a week at the most.

My resolutions I am trying to stick to is to eat a more healthful diet and be more active. Small steps, I say. Here’s an article on small decisions to make that overall will help with that resolution.

  1. Mine is to make time to socialize. Sounds strange huh? I’ve spent most of my life in school always buried in studying that I often times lose touch with friends. I’m going to make a better effort staying in touch with friends and not feel guilty from taking a break from studying.
