Sue Schooler is an Iowa native and the founder of Schooler Medical Professionals. She practiced in ear, nose, and throat medicine and facial plastic surgery for five years, in dermatology for four years, and in plastic surgery for five years before starting her own practice five years ago. She provides dermatology services and minimally invasive cosmetic procedures. She enjoys providing personal and individualized care for each and every patient whether he or she has a rash or a cosmetic procedure.
Schooler is a member of the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Iowa Physician Assistant Society, the Association of Laser Medicine and Surgery, the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistant, and the Psoriasis Foundation. She is a past president of the College of Health Sciences Alumni Board and is passionate about the accomplishments achieved for DMU, its students, and its alumni.
She is active in the Women’s Development Connection, Carlisle Wetlands Committee, and enjoys campfires, reading, pets, and gardening.
