Are you experiencing Covid-19 symptoms?
Please call the clinic to reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any of the following:
- Fever
- Cough
- Shortness of Breath
- Exposure to anyone who has tested positive to Covid-19 within the last 14 days
- You have tested positive for Covid19 within the last 14 days
If you are experiencing covid-like symptoms, such as those described above, please call your primary care provider.
Need a primary care provider?
If you do not have a primary care provider please call our Family Medicine Department at 271-1710. Our staff will then provide you with an assessment and discuss further involvement from the local county health department if testing for COVID-19 is necessary.
