An exciting class focusing on exercises to slow and reverse postural changes that are responsible for pain and dysfunction during pregnancy. This class is specifically focused on the areas that tend to become weak or tight during pregnancy. 4th trimester mamas with non-mobile infants are welcome! Taught by Libby Trausch, a doctor of physical therapy you can be assured that these exercises are safe and effective for all phases of pregnancy and post-partum!
We request a letter from your provider clearing you for exercise and listing any precautions. Some women with more pain or more widespread pain may be asked to undergo a physical therapy evaluation prior to participation. This allows a more personalized approach to your class!
